Nylon replacement mesh that keeps your Flexistack sieve taut and efficient. Achieve drum-tight screening that meets industry specs – extend the life of your 200 mm Flexistack sieves and ensure accurate particle sizing.
Used in conjunction with the Flexistack Sieve Sets, nylon sieve mesh gives you drum-tight screens that meet the highest screening standards. It promotes efficient screening and therefore cuts screening costs. If the screen cloth is damaged, it is replaceable quickly and easily.
The Flexistack rings hold two different sizes of mesh of your choice. The nylon sieve mesh is cut to size and put between each component.
We stock the 3 most common sizes for immediate dispatch:
- 100 Micron
- 177 Microns
- 200 Micron
All other sizes are readily available within 1-3 days.
Note: The mesh is supplied by the linear metre - that means there is no uniform width due to each manufactured roll of mesh being a different width. To illustrate, if you order 1m of 177micron mesh, you'll receive 1m in length x whatever the particular roll width is (nominally between 0.9 - 1.1m).
