A great sample analysis is closely linked to an accurate sample handling. Only a sample representative of the initial material can provide meaningful analysis results. Sample splitters ensure the representativeness of a sample and thus the reproducibility of the analysis.
The sample splitters are ideal for on-site reduction of sample material. They are easy to use, easy to clean and do not need an electrical power supply. We manufacture all our Riffle Sample Splitters to order due to the huge variety in options and sizes. This ensures we can manufacture to your exact requirements and specifications.
Most of our Sample Splitters are built from mild steel and manufactured here in Australia, but we can easily supply Stainless Steel Splitters upon request.
Step 1 - Choose your size.
Size 1 - 3-Tier Splitter which provides you a 12.5% / 87.5% Sample Split (12.5% will be your representative sample)
Size 2 - 2-Tier Splitter which provides you a 25% / 75% Sample Split (25% will be your representative sample)
Size 3 - 1-Tier Splitter which provides you a 50% / 50% Sample Split (50% will be your representative sample)
Step 2 - Choose your accessories.
Accessory 1 - Heavy Duty Pneumatic 10" Steel Rim Wheels (two required per splitter)
Accessory 2 - Bash Plates (reinforced plate on the sides on the splitter for 'bashing' to assist lodged sample)
Accessory 3 - Removable or Non-removable Chutes
Step 3 - Choose spacing between the 'riffles'.
Option 1 - 32mm Spacing
Option 2 - 25mm Spacing
Step 4 - Choose whether you're happy with the standard Mild Steel or would like to opt for the Stainless Steel version.
