Number printing

In addition, just like the calico bags, we are uniquely able to print any sequential alphanumeric digits directly onto the white panel on these bags, with a large 45mm high print. This eliminates human error, and saves time and cost in getting your valuable people to do this process. Generally we print on the larger 600x900mm bags, but we can accommodate printing on the smaller bags if required. Just ask!

Typically the Green UV Bags are numbered in metre intervals, e.g. 000-001, 001-002, 002-003 and so on, so your team doesn’t have to spend valuable time numbering up the sample intervals on your projects. Usually we print batches of 100 or 200 bags at a time, from ‘000-001’ to ‘099-100’ or ‘000-001’ to ‘199-200’ respectively. For example, if you order 10,000 bags we can print 200 bags starting at 000-001 (Bag #1) right up to 199-200 (Bag #200), and then repeat for the next 200 bags, so you always have enough numbered bags for your first 200m when drilling new holes. If you require numbers higher than 200m, just tell us and we’ll make it happen.

A question we get asked is on the melting point of the bag. The melting point is determined by the raw material used, which for our bag is 110 to 130 Celsius. However the Vicat Softening Point must be considered, which is the moment the plastic becomes malleable. For our bag with the current raw material used, this is 60 Celsius.
